Whilst Angels Limited has taken every care to ensure that the information on this Website is accurate and up to date, no warranties express or implied are given as to the accuracy of the information contained on the Website. No action should be taken or omitted in reliance of any information or advice placed on the Website. In particular, Angels Limited accepts no liability for any product descriptions or photographic representations and users are advised to make enquiries with Angels Limited if they have any specific requirements. All orders received are accepted strictly on the basis of our terms and conditions of sale.
Angels Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of any of the information on this website. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that this website is virus free, we recommend that you take precautions against infection. Angels Limited cannot accept any liability for damage sustained as a result of the transmission of viruses, worms, trojans or any other malicious content.
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed at and are intended solely for use by those accessing the website from the United Kingdom mainland. Angels Limited makes no representation or warranty that any product, service or information referred to or contained in this website are appropriate for use in other locations or jurisdictions. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with, and adequately sealed in their original packaging, with item tags intact, our supplied receipt/invoice, and returned to our correct address (as below).
On returning footwear, the box should also be returned undamaged and as received. This must be wrapped in an extra outer layer. Failure to do will incur a charge of £8.
If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference. Full postage fees are applicable to any exchange. You will be required to organise, and pay for the return of goods to: -

Please note that Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped. If using any address label, please attach securely to the package.
For your safety, it is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.
Goods purchased at our retail stores cannot be returned to our online store.
Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

Please ensure that you declare the goods ‘unwanted returns’ for customs. If you fail to do so, we will be charged import duty by customs. We shall pass on any such charge to you when refunding your card/ exchanging your goods. You should be able to find information about this, within documents supplied by most couriers.

Details (please include the stock code from the product detail page) of any Replacement Item(s) Required
2. We will confirm receipt of your email within 2 working days, or 3 working days if the email is sent on a Saturday or Sunday, and you will be instructed on what action you will need to take to return the goods.
3. The original receipt or invoice must be returned. We will not proceed without this.
4. Once the returned goods have been inspected, checked and verified, your account will be credited, or exchange completed as necessary.
Faulty Goods If goods are returned due to being faulty, a full refund, replacement or exchange will be available upon confirmation of the fault from manufacturer, plus the cost of postage and packing (equal to the original postage and packing cost incurred by Angels, unless proof of postage cost is supplied) and any other costs that have incurred as a direct result of faulty goods being supplied (providing proof is supplied).
